The Site offers free world recipes, cooking guides, an ingredient swap finder and free dinner plans ("dinner passports") on request. We don't sell food, ingredients, kits, classes or subscriptions, and we may modify or discontinue features at any time.
2. Dinner passports
Dinner passports are free, general meal suggestions based on your answers and our published recipes. They're not medical, nutrition or dietary advice and may not suit every person's needs. We try to reply within the timeframe shown on the request page, though we can't promise it. You must be 18 or older and provide accurate information.
3. Ingredient swaps
Suggested substitutes are approximate and will change a dish's flavor and texture. Check that any substitute is safe for you and your guests, including for allergies.
4. Using the Site responsibly
Please don't misuse the Site — for instance by submitting false or automated requests, attempting to access restricted areas, disrupting service, or scraping content in bulk.
5. Ownership
Recipes, guides, illustrations, tools, design and branding on the Site are owned by The Recipe Realm or its licensors and protected by intellectual property laws. Reading, printing and saving content for your own non-commercial use, and sharing links, are welcome. Other uses require our written permission.
6. Third-party content
